What are the monthly costs in London?

What are the HND and Top-up programs?
HND means a National Higher Education Diploma. It represents a two-year training which, with great success, entitles you to enroll in a third degree course, which is actually a top-up course of study. Upon completion of the Top-up course, students receive a Level 6 qualification equivalent to a Bachelor's degree. HND courses to be funded are full-time or 21 hours a week. Students usually go to college two days a week.
Is student funding a reality?

Any citizen of the European Union can apply for funding for the college fee.
